1 Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to wen bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all registered and unregistered users of the wen bat platform. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Wen bat is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Users from Bangladesh and other countries may access the platform, but it is solely the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own country.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. For significant changes, wen bat will send a notice to your registered email address.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with wen bat, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Providing a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name – not on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity.
• Residents of countries restricted by wen bat are not eligible to register.

KYC Verification Process

Wen bat follows a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity verification is required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license to complete the process.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. wen bat reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials, password, and OTP strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact wen bat support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on wen bat:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be withheld if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, wen bat may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wen bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which are detailed on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x) must be fulfilled.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected – such as creating multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets, or using a VPN – wen bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on wen bat, including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Special conditions apply to live betting.
• Wen bat reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Maximum winnings are determined by the type of each bet.
• Wen bat reserves the right to change odds at any time. No odds are guaranteed.
• Bets found to be associated with match-fixing or inside information will be voided.

Live Betting Special Conditions

In live betting, network delays may cause a bet to be accepted after the outcome of an event has already been determined. In such cases, wen bat reserves the right to void that bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wen bat. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channeling illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC process.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Wen bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@wenbat.net. Any valid balance will generally be refunded within 5 business days.

8 Limitation of Liability

Wen bat is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Account hacking or data breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting – all betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

Wen bat makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted service; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Brief outages may occur during scheduled maintenance.

9 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please email support@wenbat.net with full details. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.

If your issue is not resolved through support, you may file a complaint with wen bat's licensing authority. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the dispute resolution process.

All legal matters relating to these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of wen bat's licensing jurisdiction.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Wen bat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any significant changes will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days in advance.
